Your purchasing could be cancelled until it is shipped. Please ask the customer service to do the cancellation.
You can return or exchange a damaged or faulty item within 14 days of receiving it. You can return an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving it with collection and ship back fees.
Please allow up to 30 working days from sending the item to receive your refund.
How to return your items:
We'll collect items from you. Collections are free if your item is damaged or faulty. If not, we charge a collection fee depends on the weight and size of your furniture
Assembly & Delivery
Items marked as “Assembly & Delivery” we employ the specialist services of . Delivery is by appointment — Monday to Saturday — depending on area. We will call and schedule an appointment for your furniture home delivery and assembly. Two days before your scheduled appointment date, we will confirm delivery and provide a two–hour time window for arrival. If no one is available at your address to take the delivery, we will return the product to our facility. In which case please contact us to rearrange delivery.
